Led by HIEC and funded by the Government of Canada, FutureForce Halton represented an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to address workforce shortages that threatened the Halton economy.

The FutureForce Halton project held a series of Community Consultation events, bringing together a variety of industry, education and business leaders for their input on the skills-gap problem.

By creating partnerships and working together, FutureForce aimed to reduce the impact of workforce shortages and related human resource issues.
