Helping students feel confident, curious, and hopeful as they start thinking about their futures.

Ontario Career Lab is a province-wide initiative that brings industry professionals into Grade 9 and 10 classrooms to facilitate meaningful career conversations.

The program gives students the chance to speak directly with people who work in a wide range of fields, hear real stories, ask questions, and gain clarity about what different careers actually look like. By creating authentic, relatable conversations at a pivotal stage in their education, Ontario Career Lab helps students build awareness, broaden their perspectives, and make more informed decisions about their future pathways.
